OJJDP Training Providers

The ICAC Training and Technical Assistance Program was established to provide ICAC Task Forces and their affiliates with the training and technical assistance they need to conduct effective investigations and prosecutions. Grant funding provided by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, Office of Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice provides the following OJJDP ICAC Training Providers with the ability to develop, deliver, and support ICAC-focused training for members and affiliates within the ICAC Program.

The Innocent Justice Foundation (TIJF), with funding by OJJDP, developed the SHIFT Program. With a team comprised of globally recognized mental health professionals and ICAC Task Force Commanders, SHIFT aims to help exposed individuals and mental health professionals work together to mitigate the negative effects of exposure to child sexual exploitation and abuse material and provide training and technical assistance to ICAC teams.

Zero Abuse Project (Zero Abuse) works to transform institutions in order to effectively prevent, recognize, and respond to child sexual abuse through cross-disciplinary education and training; advocacy for systemic legal change; guidance for survivor support; and leadership on emerging technologies. Zero Abuse provides innovative, experiential training on the investigation and prosecution of all forms of child maltreatment with an emphasis on building the capacity of criminal justice professionals to process digital evidence and investigate technology-facilitated crimes against children.
